Problem

A Decade of Expertise. Zero Digital Presence.

Bradley had spent more than ten years in the industrial space working in air compressors, hydraulics, electrical systems, process piping, design and build. He knew the work. He knew the industry. In Summer 2025, he decided to bet on himself and launch BM Industrial Solutions from scratch. No website. No search presence. No pipeline. Just expertise and a plan.

Overview

Most new websites spend their first year being ignored. BM Industrial didn't have that problem.

When Bradley launched BM Industrial Solutions in August 2025, we built his digital presence from the ground up — starting with a homepage and Google Business Profile, then expanding into a full website and SEO strategy in October. Five months in, the site had ranked 303 keywords, generated 31 inbound calls, and closed a real deal from a client who found BM Industrial through ChatGPT. In an industry where a single job can be worth tens of thousands of dollars, that's not a slow start. That's a system working.

The Challenge

→ Starting from zero: No website, no rankings, no domain authority. Every competitor had a head start measured in years.

→ A high-stakes, low-margin-for-error industry: Industrial contractors don't get discovered by browsing. Prospects search when they have a problem — a broken compressor, a failed system — and they need someone fast. If BM Industrial wasn't visible at that moment, the job went elsewhere.

→ An unknown brand in a relationship-driven market: Bradley had the expertise and the reputation. The internet didn't know either existed yet.

What We Did

We treated this like what it was: a launch, not a turnaround. Speed mattered.

August 2025 — Foundation
We started with a single homepage and a fully optimized Google Business Profile. The goal was to establish a credible digital presence immediately — something that could rank locally and hold up under scrutiny from a prospective client doing their due diligence.

October 2025 — Full Website & SEO Retainer
Once Bradley signed a retainer, we built out the full site and got systematic. Keyword and SERP research to identify where BM Industrial could realistically compete and win. Service pages targeting high-intent searches across BM's core offerings — air compressor repair, industrial systems, hydraulics, process piping. On-page SEO, technical cleanup, structured data, and ongoing GBP optimization to build local authority fast.

The content strategy was built around one principle: capture demand at the moment it exists. When a plant manager's compressor goes down and they search for help, BM Industrial needed to be there.

The Results

303 ranked keywords. 60 of them at position #1. All of it in five months.

For a brand new domain, that's an unusually fast ramp. Early momentum is already compounding — impressions grew 39% and clicks grew 29% from November to December alone.

But the number that matters most isn't a search metric. It's 31 inbound calls from organic search in the first five months. In an industry where a single job can range from a few thousand dollars to well over $70,000, each one of those calls represents real business opportunity.

And then there's this: within three months of launch, Bradley closed a deal with a client who found BM Industrial through ChatGPT. No ad spend. No cold outreach. A prospect had a problem, asked an AI for help, and BM Industrial came up. That's what modern search visibility looks like — and it's exactly what we built for.

The Takeaway

Bradley had the expertise to compete on day one. He just needed the visibility to match.

Five months in, BM Industrial has a search presence that most competitors built over years. The foundation is set. The momentum is real. And the pipeline is growing.
