A Great Coach With No Digital Presence

When we first connected with KFit Performance in 2023, her website wasn't ranking for her own name. The brand felt dated, there was no way to track where clients came from, and every new customer came through word-of-mouth. She had the skills. The internet just didn't know she existed.

Case Study

Overview

This is a three-year engagement. That's the point.

KFit Performance isn't a before-and-after snapshot. It's a case study in what happens when SEO is treated as a long-term growth system rather than a one-time fix. We started with a free rebrand and website redesign in 2023. By 2025, KFit had opened its first gym and was generating 36 SEO-driven leads representing over $125,000 in annualized value.

The Challenge

→ No search presence: In 2023, KFit's site didn't rank for its own name let alone competitive terms like "personal trainer Greenville SC."

→ No measurement: There was no way to connect website visits to actual clients or revenue.

→ Two channels, both requiring constant effort: KFit had built a real following through word-of-mouth and Instagram, but both demand ongoing personal output. There was no channel working in the background while she trained clients. SEO was the missing piece.

→ A growing business that kept outpacing its website: As KFit expanded and opened up a physical gym location, the site needed to keep up.

What We Did

We built the foundation first, then systematically expanded it.

2023 — Rebrand, Redesign & SEO Foundation We started with the basics: a new brand identity, a full website redesign, and first-pass SEO. On-page optimization, Google Business Profile setup, local keyword targeting, and a simple CRM to start tracking where clients came from. Within the first year, KFit's website accounted for an estimated 46% of total gross revenue.

2025 — New Gym, New Site, New Contract When KFit opened its first gym in January 2025, we rebuilt the site again to reflect the new training environment and better position the premium coaching experience. In October 2025, we began an official SEO contract — and got systematic.

We built a scalable SEO page system targeting high-intent local searches: personal trainer Greenville SC, female personal trainer Greenville SC, strength training for beginners, and more. Each page targets a specific keyword and intent, follows a consistent structure, and is built to convert.

Alongside the content build-out, we ran technical SEO fixes, implemented structured data (LocalBusiness, FAQ, and Review schema), optimized the Google Business Profile, set up GA4 and GTM conversion tracking, and improved site performance for mobile.

The Results

2025 closed with numbers that look like a different website.

+755% increase in ranked keywords. +588% growth in impressions. +606% more clicks. 36 SEO-driven leads captured — representing over $125,000 in annualized lead value based on KFit's training rates.

Since beginning our official SEO engagement in October 2025, KFit's total gross revenue has grown 47% in just six months. Year-over-year, Q1 2026 gross revenue was up 59.5% compared to Q1 2025.

The business that once relied entirely on word-of-mouth and Instagram now has a lead generation system that runs in the background every day.

The Takeaway

Good SEO compounds. The work we did in 2023 made the 2025 results possible.

KFit didn't get here in a sprint. They got here because each phase of work built on the last — better brand, better site, better content, better tracking. That's the model. And it works.
